The Real Sultan Sumerbugh defeated FCC Kunzer by 132 runs in the first match of the day of on going Kashmir Cricket League Edition-9 2026
After winning the toss FCC Kunzer skipper invited The Real Sultans Sumerbugh to bat first.
While batting first The Real Sultans Sumerbugh batters scored a mammoth 229 runs for the loss of 4 wickets in the allotted 18 overs.
Sarsheel Aabas played a firey 81 runs knock while Dardish Gohni added blistering 66 and Boye Mir scored 58 runs for Sultans.
For FCC Kunzer Dar Ishfaq, Rather Maqbool, Muhammad and Mudasir took one wicket each.
In reply, The FCC Kunzer team was bundled on 97 runs in the allotted 18 overs. Mudasir Nazar was the top scorer with 33 followed by Dar14 with 20 runs. Zahid Nabi took three, while Ankush Bandral and Rouf Mir took two wickets each and Dardish and Rohan took one wicket each.
Thus, The Real Sultans Sumerbugh won the match by 132 runs.
Dardish Ghoni was declared player of the match for his allround performance, he scored unbeaten 66 runs and took a wicket.
In the second match of the day, The Hillview Rajouri Cricket Club defeated Iqbal Cricket Club Bandipora by 8 wickets the last Pool A match.
After winning the toss Iqbal Cricket Club Bandipora skipper won the toss and decided to bat first, while batting first Iqbal Cricket Club set 127 runs target, Abrar, Aarif, and Naveed scored 35, 23, and 20 runs respectively.
Asif Manzoor took 4 while Ritik Singh took two wickets.
In reply, the Hillview Rajouri Cricket Club achieved the target in 12 overs, Adil Wani and Gowhar Leggy both played half century knocks, 58 and 54 respectively.
Thus, Hillview won the match by 8 wickets, Gowhar Leggy was declared player of the match for his allround performance, he scored 54 runs and took a wicket.
