Valley Stars Ganderbal, S&A Sports Club are in to the semis of KCL2026
Valley Stars Ganderbal defeated Friends Xi Langate by 10 wickets in the 3rd quarter-final match of ongoing Kashmir Cricket League Edition-9 here at Country Cricket Stadium Gharota on Tuesday morning.
Earlier, after winning the toss Friends Xi Langate decided to set the target, while batting first they were bundled on 99 runs in the 17.2 overs of the given quota of 20 overs.
Iqbal Bhat and Ubaid Khan were the top scorers for the side, they scored 30 and 23 runs respectively, in the end Anzer Jahangir scored run a ball 16 runs contribution.
Dar Fazil took hat-trick, while Dar Junaid and Junaid Bashir took two wickets each for Stars.
In reply, the target was chased by Hitman of Bandipora Ishtiyaq Robby 78 off 24 deliveries, and the destructive batter of J&K Nasir Kumar who scored 22 off 14 deliveries in the 6.2 overs. Thus Valley Stars won the match by 10 wickets.
Ishtiyaq Robby was declared player of the match for his destructive batting of unbeaten 78 runs.

In the second match of the day, S&A Sports Club Batwara defeated Sultan Warriors Baramulla by 9 wickets, courtesy Zeeshan Ali’s unbeaten match winning 107 runs innings.
Earlier after winning the toss, S&A invited Sultans to set the target, while batting first the batters scored 163 runs for the loss of 8 wickets in the allotted 20 overs, it was looking good score but the talented young lad Zeeshan Ali proved it wrong andtook game away from them single handedly while he was good supported by Mohammad Munazir on other site with brilliant and cool 40 runs innings. Munazir was out after scoring 40 runs off 33 deliveries.
For Sultans Zahid Dar scored 33, Adil Dada 31, and Asif Rasool 30 were the top scorers for the side.
Jadu took 2 wickets for Batwara.
Zeeshan Ali was declared player of the match for his magnificent century knock.
