BCC Reds, Baramulla Kings win matches
Baramullah, May 23: In the ongoing JKCPCB two scheduled matches were played today at Baramulla.
First match was played between BCC Reds and Royal Tigers Boniyar, after winning the toss Vcc Reds decided to bat first and scored a huge total of 337 runs for the loss of 6 wickets in 35 overs, two hundreds were scored in this match Sajid scored 102 in 69 balls and Jahangir Bakshi scored 100 not out in 38 balls and Zahoor Gojri scored 58 runs Asim of Royal Tigers Boniyar took 3 wickets.
In reply Royal Tigers Boniyar were all out on 177 runs Suhail Ahmad played brilliant inning of 65 runs for his side, for BCC Reds both the players who scored centuries in batting also bowled very well and took 3 wickets each. Sajid and Jahangir both took 3 wickets, thus BCC won the match by a huge margin of 160 runs.
In the second match of the day Baramulla Kings beat A M Binner by 32 runs,Toss won by A M Binner and decided to bowl first, Baramullah kings batting first scored 206 runs all out in 30.3 overs, Zahid scored 59 runs. Mushtaq from AM Binner took 3 wickets Abid and Mudasir took 2 wickets each.
In reply AM Binner were bundled out for 174 runs in 39.2 overs, Iqbal mir scored 45 runs and yasir scored 33 runs from kings Jan Mohd and Suhail took 3 wickets each, this Baramulla Kings won the match by 32 runs.
