District Tennisball Cricket Championship concluded successfully today on 07/04/2025 at BHSS ground Bijbehara Anantnag. In the Championship more than 40 teams Participated in Senior, Junior & Sub Junior Boys & girls Categories.
In the Sub Junior Boys Wizkids Batengoo Anantnag emerged as Winner and Wonder Boys Arwani emerged as Runners up. In Junior boys Badshah Zirpora emerged as Winner and Blood Donors Qazigund emerged as Runners up. In Senior boys Friends XI Napora emerged as Winner and Adlash Magam emerged as Runners up. In Senior girls Anantnag Rebels emerged as Winner and GDC Womens Anantnag emerged as Runners up.
On the final presentation ceremony of Championship Senior Lecture of BHSS Bijbehara Nadeem Asger was the chief guest along with Peer Muneeb Hussain, Mushtaq Ahmad Tak and Khurshid Ahmad War. Besides them Sports Incharge of Stadiums Anantnag Bashir Ahmad, Senior Sports Analyst Lal Mohammad Ganie, J&K’s Senior Women Cricketer Rubiya Syed, Sports Presentor Dr. Riyaz Veeri and Journalists Raja Shafi and Ashraf Nengroo were present on the occasion.
Later, the chief guest and other guests distributed the Trophies and Medals among the Winners and Runners up teams of the championship. The Championship was organized by District Tennisball Cricket Association Anantnag and was sponsored by J&K Sports Council.
