Brengi XI lifts the title of Winter Cup Veeri 2024 by defeating Veeri Sports in the final match by 64 runs today on 15/12/2024 here at Tarbal Sports Ground Veeri Anantnag.
Earlier while batting first Brengi XI set the Mammoth total of 178 runs on the board in the alloted 20 overs. In reply Veeri Sports failed to chase the target and lost the match by 65 runs. Thus Brengi XI became the Champion team of the tournament. On the post match presentation Ceremony, Asif Manzoor clinched the man of the match award for his 47 runs with the bat and 3 wickets with the ball. Irfan Ahmad was declared as man of the tournament for his 180 runs and 9 wickets throughout the tournament. Jahangir Ahmad was declared as best batman of the tournament.
The tournament was organised by Veeri Cricket Association on the Tarbal ground of Veeri Anantnag.
